Return Process

  Log in to your Eio account and select the 'Return Item' option next to your order history to generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Package Your Device

  Securely pack the electronic device in its original box with all included cables and manuals to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device for functionality, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
